These soft, large slices are high in whole grain, a source of fibre, dairy free, free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, and don’t fall apart in your hands. Rice bran and buckwheat create a distinctive texture and hearty flavour on the inside, whilst on the outside we’ve dusted this loaf with linseed meal to create a truly delicious, roasted nutty flavoured crust.
