Ingredients
- 3 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Light Rye (fresh) (for single serve option, use 2 slices of bread)
- 2 leaves of green oak lettuce
- 100g glazed ham, sliced (for single serve option use 50g glazed ham)
- 100g cooked prawns, peeled (for single serve option use 50g prawns)
- 1 tbs Tartare sauce, extra to serve
- ½ lemon, juiced, extra to serve
- 1 tbs green pickle relish
- Micro sorrel herbs, to serve
Method
- Lay 3 slices of Abbott’s Bakery® Light Rye on a clean work surface.
- Spread green pickle relish on one slice of bread, place lettuce leaves and then top with ham slices.
- Add a slice of bread on top of the sandwich and spread tartare sauce.
- Place prawns and scatter with micro herbs and extra tartare sauce.
- Top with a third slice, slice into halves and serve with extra lemon.
