Roast Pork Sandwich
A modern twist on classic flavours. This recipe will have your taste buds dancing and your soul singing.
- 2 slices of Abbott’s Bakery® Sourdough Rye Bread
- 4 slices of roast pork, thinly sliced
- 1 tbs apple sauce
- 30g sundried tomatoes
- 40g Spinach
- Spread Apple sauce on one side of bread
- Layer roast pork, sundried tomatoes and spinach on top of the apple sauce
- Top with second slice and cut bread in half
- Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
