Roast Pork Sandwich

A modern twist on classic flavours. This recipe will have your taste buds dancing and your soul singing.


Serves 1


  • 2 slices of Abbott’s Bakery® Sourdough Rye Bread
  • 4 slices of roast pork, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbs apple sauce
  • 30g sundried tomatoes
  • 40g Spinach


  1. Spread Apple sauce on one side of bread
  2. Layer roast pork, sundried tomatoes and spinach on top of the apple sauce
  3. Top with second slice and cut bread in half
  4. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
