Ricotta, banana toast with pistachios

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Country Grains bread, toasted
  • 1/3 cups smooth ricotta
  • ½ large banana, sliced
  • ½ tbs pistachios, finely chopped
  • ½ tbs coconut flakes
  • ¼ tbs pepitas
  • ½ tsp sesame seeds
  • ¼ tsp hemp seeds
  • ½ tbs maple syrup

Method

  1. Place 2 slices of toast onto a chopping board.
  2. Spread ricotta onto each slice of toast.
  3. Top with banana slices and sesame seeds, pepitas, hemp seeds, coconut flakes and pistachios.
  4. Drizzle with maple syrup, cut on angle (2 triangles) and serve.
