Pesto, Semi-Dried Tomato & Bocconcini Gluten Free Sandwich
Packed full of deliciousness this gluten free sandwich will have you going back for seconds, and maybe even thirds.
- 2 slices of Abbott’s Bakery® Gluten Free Soy & Linseed bread
- 20g semi dried tomatoes
- 30g bocconcini, drained, sliced
- 1 tbs basil pesto
- 3-4 basil leaves
- Spread pesto over bread.
- Top with semi-dried tomatoes and bocconcini.
- Sprinkle with basil leaves. Enjoy!
