Pesto, Semi-Dried Tomato & Bocconcini Gluten Free Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Abbott’s Bakery® Gluten Free Soy & Linseed bread
  • 20g semi dried tomatoes
  • 30g bocconcini, drained, sliced
  • 1 tbs basil pesto
  • 3-4 basil leaves

Method

  1. Spread pesto over bread.
  2. Top with semi-dried tomatoes and bocconcini.
  3. Sprinkle with basil leaves. Enjoy!
