Parmesan and garlic crostini (to serve with tomato soup)

2 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Country Grains bread
2 tbs cup extra virgin olive oil
½ garlic cloves, crushed
¼ cup finely grated parmesan
Preheat a frying pan.
Combine oil, garlic and parmesan in a bowl. Spread mixture onto slices of bread.
Line frying pan with baking paper. Place bread, cheese side down onto baking paper and toast for 3-4 minutes or until toasted and crisp, turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until toasted and crisp.
