Parmesan and garlic crostini (to serve with tomato soup)

  • 2 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Country Grains bread
  • 2 tbs cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ garlic cloves, crushed
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan


  1. Preheat a frying pan.
  2. Combine oil, garlic and parmesan in a bowl. Spread mixture onto slices of bread.
  3. Line frying pan with baking paper. Place bread, cheese side down onto baking paper and toast for 3-4 minutes or until toasted and crisp, turn and cook for another 3-4 minutes or until toasted and crisp.
  4. Cut into triangles. Serve with tomato soup.
