Kimchi & mozzarella cheese toastie

  • 2 slices Abbott’s Bakery® Harvest Seeds & Grains bread
  • 1/3 cups kimchi
  • ¼ cup grated tasty cheese
  • 10g soft butter


  1. Preheat a frying pan. Place 1 slice Abbott’s Bakery® Seeds & Grains bread onto a chopping board. Place 2 tbs grated cheese onto slice of bread. Top with kimchi and remaining cheese. Cover filling with remaining slice of bread. Spread half the butter over bread.
  2. Place sandwich, butter side down into frying pan and cook for about 4 minutes or until golden and cheese has melted. Spread remaining butter onto facing bread slice, turn and cook for another 4 minutes. Remove, cut in half and serve.
