Ingredients

8 slices Abbott’s Bakery Fig & Date Fruit Loaf

8 thin slices blue cheese *alternatively you can substitute with low fat ricotta cheese for a healthier option

8 thin slices of prosciutto

4 figs, sliced

Honey

4 thyme sprigs, leaves picked

Method

  1. Lightly toast bread to liking
  2. Top each slice with two slices of blue cheese, 2 slices of prosciutto and sliced fig.
  3. To finish drizzle with honey and thyme leaves
