Method
- Heat oven to 180C. Put berries on tray, drizzle with mapple syrup and roast for 10-12 mins until soft.
- Mix labneh or Greek yoghurt with vanilla until smooth.
- Cut English muffins in half and toast until golden.
- Spread vanilla labneh on toasted muffins and top with roasted berries.
- Sprinkle with pistachios and orange zest. Drizzle with extra maple syrup if desired.
Optional: Garnish with a few edible flowers for a premium, café-style finish.
